These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SmartMaidsKe website and application platform. By accessing or submitting an application through SmartMaidsKe, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. About SmartMaidsKe

SmartMaidsKe is a recruitment facilitation platform that assists female domestic workers seeking employment opportunities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We work with licensed recruitment partners and UAE TADBEER centers.

2. Eligibility

To apply through SmartMaidsKe, you must:

• Be female and legally eligible for overseas employmen. Age (20-38 Years).
• Meet age and health requirements set by UAE regulations
• Book Approved Medical Exam
• Provide a UAE embassy attested Police Clearance Certificate.
• Hold a valid Kenyan passport

3. Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on employer requirements, background checks, medical clearance, and visa approval by UAE authorities.

4. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, documents, and photographs are accurate and genuine. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

5. Fees & Payments

SmartMaidsKe does not charge unauthorized recruitment fees.The applicant only caters for the Ticket cost after visa. Any fees required for medical tests, documentation, or travel will be communicated transparently and in accordance with Kenyan law.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

SmartMaidsKe does not guarantee job placement, salary levels, duration of employment, or employer selection. Final decisions rest with UAE employers and relevant authorities.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected through this platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in Kenya and the UAE.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent information, or engage in activities that may harm SmartMaidsKe or its partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmartMaidsKe shall not be liable for delays, losses, or outcomes resulting from visa decisions, employer actions, or government regulations.

10. Termination

SmartMaidsKe reserves the right to suspend or terminate applications that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, with respect to international recruitment regulations.
